If bKash payment is successful but the Brilliant Connect recharge ultimately fails or is cancelled by the upstream provider, we attempt an automatic bKash refund of the paid amount.

Successful recharges that already credited the destination number are not refundable.

Cancelled payments before completion do not create a recharge and do not require a refund.
